AgForce may assist in reviewing qualifications, sharing potential opportunities, and facilitating communication with agricultural employers, but AgForce is not the hiring employer and does not make hiring decisions.

2. No Employment Guarantee

I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee:

• employment,

• job placement,

• employer selection,

• interview,

• visa sponsorship,

• H-2A participation, or

• future work opportunities.

Any employment opportunity is subject to employer demand, worker qualifications, legal eligibility, document review, visa eligibility, and final employer approval.

3. No Fees Charged to Workers

I understand that AgForce does not charge workers to:

• submit this form,

• be considered for opportunities,

• be referred to employers,

• be reviewed for eligibility, or

• participate in the inquiry process.

AgForce does not collect placement fees, recruitment fees, referral fees, visa fees, processing fees, or compensation of any kind from workers for H-2A-related recruitment or referral activity. Under federal H-2A rules, workers may not be charged recruitment-related fees by AgForce or its agents.

4. No Promise of Immigration or Visa Outcome

I understand that AgForce does not provide legal representation and does not guarantee visa issuance, immigration approval, consular approval, admission to the United States, or approval by any government agency, including the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or the U.S. Department of State.

5. Truthful Information

I certify that the information I provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that incomplete, false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification from consideration.

6. Consent to Contact

I authorize AgForce to contact me by phone, email, text message, or WhatsApp regarding my inquiry, qualifications, document readiness, and potential agricultural work opportunities. I understand I may opt out of communications at any time.

7. Independent Hiring Decisions

I understand that all hiring, job selection, wages, job duties, housing, transportation, visa sponsorship, and employment decisions are made solely by the hiring employer. AgForce is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, employment conditions, or final employment outcomes.

8. Release and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that AgForce shall not be liable for hiring decisions, employer selection decisions, visa denials, immigration delays, government processing delays, consular outcomes, job availability, or employment outcomes arising from my submission of this form or participation in any referral process.

I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify AgForce, its officers, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• false or misleading information submitted by me,

• my failure to maintain valid travel or identity documents,

• employer hiring decisions,

• visa or immigration denials,

• government processing delays,

• or my failure to meet legal or employer eligibility requirements.
