Worker Recruitment Acknowledgment, Fee Disclosure & Indemnification

AgForce maintains a candidate information system to review qualifications, communicate with applicants,

identify potential agricultural work opportunities, and facilitate referrals to employers.

Submitting this form does not create an employment relationship with AgForce. Hiring employers make their

own hiring decisions.

Internal collection and review of my information

I authorize AgForce to collect, store, organize, view, and review the information and documents I submit

through this application or provide in connection with it.

This may include my contact details, work history, agricultural experience, skills, qualifications,

availability, work preferences, eligibility information, application answers, communications, and

voluntarily submitted identity or travel documents.

Authorized AgForce personnel may use this information to maintain my candidate record, assess potential job

matches, review document readiness, communicate with me, and manage recruitment and referral activities.

AgForce may record relevant review notes and application history for these purposes.

Access will be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to perform

these functions.

Contact permission

I authorize AgForce to contact me by phone, email, text message, or WhatsApp about my application,

qualifications, document readiness, and potential agricultural work opportunities.

I may request that AgForce stop contacting me or stop using a particular channel by contacting [email] or

following the opt-out instructions in a message. Message and data rates may apply. This permission does not

authorize unrelated advertising.

Optional sharing with prospective employers and recruitment partners

If I separately select the employer-referral consent below, I authorize AgForce to share relevant candidate

information with prospective agricultural employers and recruitment partners assisting with specific work

opportunities.

Information shared may include my name, contact details, work experience, skills, qualifications,

availability, work preferences, and relevant application answers. Recipients may use it to assess my

suitability, contact me about an opportunity, and coordinate recruitment.

This permission does not include my passport or visa information, passport or visa copies, government

identification numbers, or other uploaded identity documents. AgForce will exclude this information from

shared profiles, application answers, notes, and attachments.

If I do not select this permission, AgForce may retain and review my application internally but will not

refer my information to employers or recruitment partners under this agreement.

Passport, visa, and identity information

Passport, visa, and other identity information I voluntarily provide is for authorized internal identity,

eligibility, and document-readiness review.

AgForce will not share this information with prospective employers or recruitment partners under this

agreement. Any later voluntary disclosure for employment processing or visa assistance will require

separate, specific authorization identifying the information, recipient, and purpose.

Service providers supporting AgForce’s internal systems may process this information only as needed to

provide their services, subject to confidentiality and access restrictions. AgForce may also disclose

information when legally required.

No worker recruitment fees

AgForce does not charge workers to submit an application, receive internal review, be considered for

opportunities, or be referred to an employer.

AgForce and its recruitment agents will not collect prohibited H-2A recruitment, placement, referral, or

job-access fees from workers. Anyone requesting payment on AgForce’s behalf should be reported to AgForce Visa Solutions via Info@Agforce.org

No employment or immigration guarantee

Submitting this form or consenting to a referral does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employment,

visa sponsorship, H-2A participation, visa issuance, entry into the United States, or future work.

Opportunities depend on employer needs, qualifications, applicable eligibility requirements, and employer

and government decisions. This form does not provide legal representation or immigration advice.

Accurate information

I confirm that the information I provide is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I will

notify AgForce of material changes or corrections. False or misleading information may affect consideration

for an opportunity.

Storage, retention, and withdrawal

AgForce uses service providers to operate its application and candidate-management systems. As described in

its Privacy Notice, my information may be processed in the United States and other locations where those

providers operate.

AgForce will retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable

recordkeeping requirements.

I may contact Info@Agforce.org to request access, corrections, deletion, withdrawal from future consideration, or

withdrawal of contact or referral permission, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal applies to future

activities and does not undo disclosures already made. AgForce will stop future referrals when I withdraw

referral permission and remove access it controls. Some information may need to be retained for legal

obligations or to document my request.

Preservation of rights

Nothing in this agreement waives my rights under applicable employment, recruitment, immigration, privacy,

or consumer-protection laws. It does not release AgForce or any employer from responsibilities imposed by

law or require me to indemnify them for their conduct.
