Terms & Authorization for H-2A Filing Intake

By submitting this intake form, I certify that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that the information submitted in this intake will be used by AgForce to prepare, prefill, and process documents, forms, and filings related to my H-2A labor certification and worker petition process, including but not limited to state workforce filings, U.S. Department of Labor filings, federal immigration filings, and related compliance documentation.

I authorize AgForce to use the information submitted in this intake to:

• populate and prefill required H-2A forms and supporting documents

• prepare state and federal filing documents on my behalf

• reuse submitted business and job information across required filing systems and agencies

• communicate with me regarding missing, corrected, or supplemental information needed for filing

• retain submitted information for filing, compliance tracking, and case recordkeeping

• contact relevant agencies as necessary regarding filing logistics and case processing

I understand that submitting this intake form does not constitute:

• legal representation

• filing approval

• guaranteed certification

• guaranteed worker placement

• approval by the U.S. Department of Labor, USCIS, or any other government agency

• a binding service agreement unless otherwise separately executed

I understand that AgForce will rely on the accuracy of the information I provide and that delays, denials, penalties, or filing issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information remain my responsibility.

I understand that additional documentation, signatures, or supporting records may still be required before filing can be completed.
